Home Health Infusion Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide in-home infusions for patients in need of immune globulin therapy. As a Home Health Infusion Nurse, you will deliver high-quality patient care and education while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Deliver immune globulin infusion therapies directly to patients in their homes
Provide personalized, one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education aligned with the physician's treatment plan
Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other collaborative partners
Requirements:
Active and unencumbered nursing license in the state of practice
Current CPR certification
IVIg experience, preferably in the home
A valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance are required, with access to a vehicle for business-related travel
A clear background check
