About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated Field Operations Technician to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for preparing, installing, and maintaining Looma tablet displays within our retail partners' stores.
This part-time role offers flexibility and is perfect for someone looking for a non-traditional work schedule. If you're self-motivated, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Prepare and install Looma tablets in store locations
- Troubleshoot tablet issues, including reboots, remounting, and cable management
- Install decor (signage) on tablet displays
- Conduct store audits to ensure optimal display performance
- Support new pilot and rollout program launches
- Prioritize urgent maintenance requests and provide remote support as needed
- Reliable access to a car and smartphone for in-store audits (biweekly mileage stipend provided)
- Ability to lift 20 lbs, climb a 10-ft ladder, and complete manual tasks
- Proficiency in Google Suite or willingness to learn (we use Google Drive, Calendar, and Sheets regularly)
