About the Job

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Therapist to provide clinical services for our residential treatment programs in Portland, Oregon. This position requires providing on-site clinical services, supervision, and training for individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness. The successful candidate will work with our team to deliver comprehensive mental health assessments, treatment plans, and crisis de-escalation techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration. Must have two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting. Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check is required.

Work Schedule and Location

This position requires working Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed. The successful candidate will be based in Portland, Oregon, and must be accessible by phone for emergency purposes.
