About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and competitive Business Development Manager to join our Texas team. As a key member of our BDM team, you will be responsible for selling Fooda's multiple products to B2B, mid-market, and enterprise clients across numerous verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation with the goal of building relationships and setting meetings with potential Fooda customers
  • Identify opportunities and create solutions for a hybrid work environment that meets recognized needs while maximizing dollars and efficiency
  • Lead all steps of Fooda's sales cycle, including presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with decision makers across mid-market and enterprise companies in the Texas region
  • Learn and understand the Fooda training program, including best practices within the sales process and managing your activity in our CRM
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness in connecting with new customers and showing diligence with follow-up communications to ensure a close
  • Collaborate with Fooda's operations team in your assigned markets to execute client launches and maintain productive, growing relationships

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of new business development experience with at least two in an outside sales, closing capacity
  • Experience in navigating decision makers across mid-market and enterprise level companies
  • Ability to chase goals and do what it takes to win, with a focus on results
  • Strategically minded with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Success in cold-calling and utilizing sourcing strategies to reach the decision maker
