About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Nurse to join our team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a Medical Surgical Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in medical surgical nursing.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience.
