About the Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with TS/SCI to join our team in NW Washington DC. This role supports DHS's Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A), responsible for developing DHS-wide intelligence through managing the collection, analysis, and fusion of intelligence throughout the Department.

The successful candidate will have experience in supporting the development of strategic goals while actively engaging stakeholders to meet and communicate their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Strategic Goals: Engage stakeholders to identify and communicate their needs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Identify Gaps and Opportunities: Analyze policy improvement opportunities and develop comprehensive solutions based on proven methodologies and IT frameworks.
  • Data Visualization: Create data visualization to advance and enable the Department's key mission outcomes.
  • Communications Delivery: Define methods, means, and communications delivery methods to align stakeholder segmentations/personas with optimal communication approaches.
  • Project Management: Prioritize and direct multiple high-visibility data visualization and IT Governance projects across DHS mission spaces.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Interact and communicate with various stakeholder groups, from technical subject matter experts to senior executives.
Requirements:
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility: Essential for this role.
  • Federal Client Experience: 5+ years of relevant federal client engagement experience.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand format and actively listen to identify business problems and their causes.
  • Team Player: High-performing team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment with multiple stakeholders.
