About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Salina Regional Health Center.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nurse to provide professional nursing care for assigned patients using the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and promote a culture of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs to develop individualized plans of care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Implement and evaluate treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Diploma Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Hospital experience within the past 5 years preferred.
  • Current Kansas Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support Certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
  • Crisis Prevention Institute Certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
