Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse's Aide, CNA Hospice to join our team at Hospice of Holland. As a member of our interdisciplinary group, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide various services for hospice patients, promoting comfort and meeting their personal needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, and changing bed linen.
  • Assist with patient safety needs and ambulation.
  • Assist with feeding and take and record vital signs.
  • Provide respite for caregivers and assist with range of motion and other simple procedures to maintain comfort.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One year experience in hospice, long-term care, or home care.
  • Be a Certified Nurse's Aide (CNA) in the State of Michigan.
