Wellspring Nurse Source is a nurse-owned and operated travel nursing agency seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Telemetry professional for a temporary position in Huntington, West Virginia.
About the JobThis 15-week contract offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care as a Telemetry Registered Nurse. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care in a Telemetry setting, prioritizing their needs and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, incorporating relevant data and assessments to inform decisions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, progress, and any notable events or concerns.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, contributing to informed decision-making and collaborative problem-solving.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to enhance patient care and unit operations.
We offer a competitive salary package based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
