At Corecruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Communications to join our team in Menlo Park, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead all external and internal communication efforts, enhancing our public image and reputation.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $95,000 to $120,000 DOE, depending on experience.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual with a proven track record in managing public relations, social media, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel setting, with a strong background in creating effective PR materials, such as press releases, biographies, and fact sheets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing communication plan, collaborating with the Director of Sales & Marketing to create and execute a marketing plan supporting budget goals, identifying and acting on marketing opportunities to enhance market profile and revenue, and optimizing relationships with key marketing partners to ensure strong briefs and measured returns.

In addition, the Director of Communications will liaise with PR agencies and manage public relations activities as directed, ensuring that our brand guidelines are consistently followed across all hotel segments.
