Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physical Therapist to fill a Regional Clinical Excellence Coordinator position at Physical Therapy & Rehab Specialists. This role will involve providing specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment to patients, as well as collaborating with clinical peers to implement and facilitate new grad mentorship programming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and meet clinical excellence standards
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to develop individualized plans for professional development of clinical staff
  • Provide live or virtual mentoring and tutorials focused on developing increased orthopedic skills and care outcomes to less experienced clinicians
  • Travel within the Michigan market as needed
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current or pending state licensure
  • Tier 1 Certification based in Orthopedic care
  • Passion for clinical excellence with the ability to effectively communicate with and teach clinical staff
