Job Title: Lead Anesthesiologist - Southwest Kansas Opportunity

Company Overview:

We are a thriving medical center located in Liberal, Kansas, seeking an experienced CRNA to join our anesthesia consultant group. Our facility is licensed for 101 beds and features 5 OR rooms, with a team of 1 full-time anesthesiologist, 2 full-time CRNAs, and 1 anesthesia technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our practice.

Estimated Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled CRNA to work collaboratively with our existing team to provide exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in anesthesia and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing anesthesia plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring seamless patient care transitions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a CRNA in Kansas or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CRNA
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
