We are seeking a highly skilled Anesthesiology Specialist to join our team at Pacific Companies, Inc. in Iowa. This is a full-time locum tenens opportunity with the possibility of permanency.
About the Job
This role involves working as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional patient care and anesthesia services. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia services for patients undergoing surgical procedures, including orthopedic, general, obstetric, and other cases.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records, adhere to hospital policies, and meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A current CRNA certification and licensure in the state of Iowa (or willingness to obtain).
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Experience with Cerner EMR system and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia principles, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
