Center Medical Specialist

Are you a skilled nurse looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Center Medical Specialist to join our team at Biomat USA.
As a Center Medical Specialist, you will be responsible for performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability. You will also build rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction and ensure donor and staff confidentiality.
We offer a competitive pay scale of $35-$37 per hour for LPNs and $48-$50 per hour for RNs, depending on training, education, and experience. You will also be eligible to participate in our company bonus program and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and up to 5% 401K match.

Key responsibilities include:
- Performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability
- Building rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Ensuring donor and staff confidentiality
- Providing donor education regarding general health and counseling regarding unacceptable test results
- Evaluating and managing donor injuries and adverse events
- Assisting in employee training and administering employee Hepatitis Vaccine program
Requirements include:
- Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment and according to state requirements as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocation Nurse
- Current CPR certification required
