Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized treatment programs for patients under the supervision of an RN.
  • Implement clinical and technical aspects of care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols, while ensuring patient safety.
  • Administer medications and obtain diagnostic tests in accordance with Health Care Practitioner's orders and protocols, using proper techniques and procedures.
  • Assist Health Care Practitioner in medical or minor surgical procedures and implement nutrition and therapeutic diet plans as ordered.
  • Document nursing encounters using the SOAP form of charting and communicate information to nursing staff and other relevant personnel.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • 1-2 years of acute medical experience.
  • Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
