This employed position through Adventist Health Medical Group offers a competitive compensation package, including a first-year income guarantee, starting bonus, annual metric bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will be experienced, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. The incoming physician will work in tandem with another provider who has practiced for over 25 years, providing 1:4 call and working in an outpatient setting.

Average annual salary for this position is $294,352.50, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming productivity after the initial guarantee period. Benefits include first-year income guarantee, starting bonus, annual metric bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits, such as medical, dental, vision, vacation/sick, 401(k) retirement, CME, and student loan assistance.
