About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to join our team at Mass General Brigham in Cambridge, Massachusetts. As a Thoracic Intermediate Surgical Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing excellent care to patients and their families.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care on the Thoracic Intermediate Surgical unit, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of acute care experience in thoracic surgery or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
