Medical Physicist - Radiation Oncology Specialist

Trinity Health is seeking a highly skilled Medical Physicist to join our Radiation Oncology team. As a key member of our department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality radiation therapy to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with radiation oncologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure the accuracy and safety of radiation therapy treatments
  • Participate in the training and education of residents and other staff members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in radiation oncology and medical physics
Requirements:
  • ABR (or equivalent) Board certification
  • Valid New York State Professional license
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with radiation therapy equipment and software
