Counter Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Salesperson to join our team at Fisher Auto Parts in Waitsfield, Vermont.

• Maintain a safe and organized store environment at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt handling of customer orders and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure store appearance and merchandising meet company standards.
• Utilize excellent telephone communication and etiquette skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Work in a fast-paced and dynamic wholesale/retail environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
• Communicate effectively with peers, both verbally and in writing, to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Develop strong relationships with associates, customers, office, and warehouse support staff, peers, and supervisors.
• Be accountable for achieving personal and store results, maintaining high standards of customer service, and creating positive customer experiences.
• Build customer loyalty and utilize available tools to increase sales and market share.
• Familiarize yourself with computerized systems and applications, including electronic parts catalog, inventory control, time calculation, cash, invoicing, and credit systems.
• Provide high levels of customer service, working knowledge of automotive systems, and ability to learn to mix paint, perform shop functions, and take physical inventories.

• Clean driving record, which must be maintained.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently throughout assigned shifts.
• A professional working attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have a clean and neat appearance and properly wear a company uniform.
