We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Salesforce Developer to support the rapid growth of our Digital Modernization division.

This opportunity is contingent on contract award and can be performed remotely, providing flexibility in your work arrangements.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities
  • Perform ongoing Salesforce administration tasks, including creating accounts, profiles, fields, layouts, reports, and dashboards.
  • Monitor Salesforce.com usage for compliance and maintain security for Salesforce.com data.
  • Implement App Exchange platforms and provide support for hosted applications, including monitoring logs and responding to questions.
  • Develop administrative Salesforce tools and functionality, troubleshoot platform-related issues, and monitor activity in production and lower environments.
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices and business needs.
  • Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in SFDC applications, delivering support and solutions for break/fix issues.
  • Communicate and collaborate with technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions.
  • Work closely with team members to research integration issues and develop new Salesforce.com prototypes and applications.
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of applications, reviewing and responding to incident tickets using a ticket tracking tool.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of software development experience using Salesforce, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading teams as a technical lead, with a deep understanding of application design, development, support, and enhancement lifecycles.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com configuration tasks, such as field/page updates, workflows, automated approvals, and database software.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Platform as a Service solution and knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.

This position requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
