Intralox, a leading provider of conveyor equipment solutions, is seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team. As a Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in the preparation and execution of internal systems training, including mechanical, electrical/controls, and maintenance/troubleshooting elements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and execution of internal systems training, including mechanical, electrical/controls, and maintenance/troubleshooting elements.
  • Support internal training needs, including new hire onboarding, cross training, continuous learning, and certification.
  • Manage the development of blended learning courses from project kick-off to completion and evaluation.
  • Apply instructional design theories and methods to produce and deliver high-quality training (digital, blended, and instructor-led).
  • Continuously improve the standards, processes, and deliverables to enhance the effectiveness of the learning experience.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and virtual training.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with a willingness to self-teach and study engineering products and systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with all levels of management, production, and engineering employees.
  • Ability to work across departments to ensure effective teamwork and motivate personnel to assist in the effective and efficient execution of the training plan.

Preferred Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from an accredited university.

The salary range for this position is $51,800 to $119,600, and the position is eligible for commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans.
