Aspire Health Partners is seeking an EHR Analyst to assist with the implementation of our electronic health record system. The successful candidate will have experience in creating, designing, testing, and launching multiple pieces of the EHR system for use companywide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary departments to determine regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
- Examine clinical workflow and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create, design, test, and launch the electronic health record system used by clinicians.
- Monitor and evaluate healthcare documentation for compliance with Federal, State, and industry standards.
- Develop and facilitate training for clinicians on clinical documentation and EHR system use.
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Rotate geographical location assignments to foster goodwill among end users and increase the department's footprint.
Requirements:
- Level II Background clearance.
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record.
- Bachelor's Degree in Health and Human Services or related field, with experience in health application and information.
