About the Role:

This role serves as a liaison between customers and the bank during all phases of onboarding new banking relationships. The successful candidate will manage existing customer relationships, working closely with the business unit and other departments to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Relationship Team to obtain and review information for underwriting, documentation, and closing of commercial loans and deposit accounts.
  • Prepare data input sheets and provide required information for customer relationships to be boarded on the bank's servicing system.
  • Analyze property and liability insurance, title policy, and UCC searches to ensure compliance with bank policy and procedure.
  • Responsible for GL Certification, which includes research, balancing, and certification.
  • Resolve customer problems/issues regarding bank products and services and facilitate processing of customer account maintenance and advance requests.

About You:

We are seeking an individual with 4-7 years of experience in banking, loan administration, and documentation. A Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is required. Strong knowledge of commercial finance, law, documentation, accounting, and data systems is essential.

Work Style:

This role is fully onsite at our headquarters in the Pacific Northwest.

The estimated salary range for this role is $62,400 - $77,600 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
