About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IL. As a Lead Munication Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy services in a school setting to support students' academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and munication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' needs.
  • Monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student achievement.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging environment for student growth.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Illinois state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong munication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
