About the Role

We're seeking a skilled RN to join our Nursing Float Pool team, providing care to patients across various units. Your expertise will be utilized to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and compassion.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physiological, psychological, and cognitive status.
  • Develop and prioritize goal-directed plans of care based on determined nursing diagnoses and patient outcomes.
  • Implement care in a knowledgeable, skillful, consistent, and continuous manner.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided and patient progression towards outcomes.
  • Identify patients' learning needs and implement appropriate measures to meet them.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate functions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A current RN license in the State of Connecticut.
  • A minimum of zero to six months of experience as an acute care RN.
  • Nursing certification is desirable, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
