Job Summary
Technique, Inc. is a high-tech company that specializes in stamping, tubing, and welding. We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our MRP system, including software updates, troubleshooting issues, and implementing system options to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the MRP system, including software updates and troubleshooting issues
- Develop and provide training to personnel working within the MRP system
- Work with database management and data analysis techniques to develop company metrics and departmental metrics
- Aid in developing document management for internal and customer needs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
4-10 years of related experience
Prior MRP and database experience preferred
Previous experience in report development and web-based programming a plus
Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, gripping, stooping, crouching, and the use of both hands.
