Dishroom Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Red Lobster. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom and kitchen areas. This includes cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, as well as operating the dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly. You will also be responsible for emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas, and supporting our cooks with prep work and other tasks as needed. Responsibilities:

* Clean and maintain all areas of the dishroom and kitchen
* Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
* Operate the dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
* Empty all trash in the kitchen and other areas
* Support cooks with prep work and other tasks as needed

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
