Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our team at Jason Aldean's, Gatlinburg. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing top-notch service in a fast-paced, live entertainment restaurant and bar setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist servers in food and beverage service, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional service to every guest, anticipating their needs and delivering all items in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Transport materials and supplies, assist with beverage and food service, and maintain the cleanliness of all work areas and equipment.
  • Adhere to all departmental appearance and uniform standards, maintaining a professional image at all times.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Must be 18+ years of age.
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Work will include indoor and/or outdoor areas, with the ability to withstand high and low temperatures.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to be exposed to day life/nightlife environmental factors, including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, flashing/strobe lights, and stress levels related to interacting with guests in a fast-paced environment.
