Your Role in Our Mission

As a Strategic Projects Director at Normal Computing, you will collaborate closely with our founders and leadership to drive corporate strategy and advance our company's growth by leading complex, cross-functional projects.

This is a demanding and high-visibility role that offers the opportunity to gain diverse operating experience in a fast-paced startup environment at the forefront of AI, while driving critical initiatives that shape Normal's success.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and projects from strategy to execution, encompassing corporate strategy, go-to-market (GTM), product, business operations, and fundraising.
  • Collaborate closely with or embed into business functions as required.
  • Drive strategy development efforts, including market and competitive research, financial modeling, and synthesizing insights to guide corporate strategy, commercial operations, and product development.
  • Support key commercial efforts, from customer outreach to success, including developing pitch materials and sales playbooks, ROI and pricing analyses, and assisting with transaction diligence and negotiations.
  • Drive or support business planning, including company-wide OKR and operating plan reviews and processes.
  • Assist in fundraising, investor relations, and other corporate development efforts, including development of fundraising materials, and planning and execution of investor due diligence and corporate governance efforts.
