We are seeking a highly skilled Dairy Operations Director to oversee HR operations in our 250-person cheese and whey manufacturing plant located in Waverly, NY. The ideal candidate will lead, mentor, and support employees, fostering a positive work environment and developing future leaders within Leprino Foods.

Job Description

The successful candidate will drive the company's culture, succession management, organizational design, leadership development, and assessment, while implementing practices to establish positive relationships and promote higher morale.

This role requires a Bachelor's in HR, OD, or related field, with five (5) years of progressive leadership experience as an HR Supervisor, HRBP, or HR Manager in a manufacturing environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $104,000 to $128,000, along with an annual target bonus of 15%.

In addition to the salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including life, medical/dental/vision coverage, voluntary benefits, employee assistance programs, wellness incentives, tuition assistance, vacation, ten paid holidays, sick time, paid parental leave, annual merit increases, and the LFC Profit-Sharing & 401(k) plan.
