Residential HVAC Installation Lead Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential HVAC Installation Lead Specialist to join our team at Armor Service Group LLC. In this role, you will oversee the installation of heating and air conditioning systems for residential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the installation of new HVAC systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality in all aspects of work
- Ensure effective communication with clients and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Key Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation or a related field
- Proven track record of leadership and project management
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong understanding of HVAC wiring diagrams and system design
A successful candidate should have hands-on experience with residential rough-ins, ductwork, trim-outs, AC change-outs, duct change-outs, and mini-split installations. They should also be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
The estimated salary for this position is between $70,000 and $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
