We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team at Williamson Health. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Care for critically ill patients, including those with cardiovascular, neurological, and respiratory conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing the needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the State of Tennessee.
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
  • AACN, CCRN or CCP certification preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in critical care nursing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
