Advanced Healthcare Provider for Rural Communities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Fast Pace Health. As an Advanced Healthcare Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in rural communities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, ensuring quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, including I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Masters degree in Nursing
- Family Nurse Practitioner License
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice
