Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Certified Medical Assistant to support our team in the Houston, Texas area. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record patient vital signs, height, weight, allergies, and medication changes.
- Stock exam/treatment rooms and order supplies.
- Triage over the phone with patients and work in EMR on patient questions and call backs.
- Perform administrative duties, typing, filing, faxing, and reception.
Requirements:
- 3 years of back office medical assistant experience (surgery experience or OBGYN)
- Certification is a must
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
