We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Support Clerk to join our thriving team in Allentown, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to taxpayers, processing tax forms and payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to taxpayer inquiries via phone and in-person
  • Research and update tax accounts based on provided information
  • Process tax forms and mail, and post payments to the correct accounts
  • Meet company standards for timeliness and accuracy
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed
Work Environment:

We offer a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with no weekends. Once you complete our comprehensive training program (approximately 4-6 months), you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, combining office and remote work.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-3 months of related experience and/or training
  • Must be bilingual, speaking English and Spanish
  • Reliable transportation to outer offices and tax sit-ins
  • Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations
  • Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
  • Situation analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
