Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Systems Engineer to join our team at T-Mobile. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize emerging DevOps-centric automation tools and technologies for CICD, configuration management, etc. for non-prod environments.
  • Improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of T-Mobile's services using software and monitoring tools.
  • Develop and prepare data for dashboard views and respond to deployments, setting up and fine-tuning of alerts, monitoring, incident management, and communicating with leadership and team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and equivalent experience.
  • Less than 2 years of experience in Systems Reliability Engineering.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Gitlab, Oracle, and MySQL DB, monitoring tools like Splunk, and application performance tools like App Dynamics, CICD pipeline.
  • Experience working in Agile and DevOps environment, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools, and automation tools.
