We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Leader to join our team in providing exceptional patient care in our Inpatient Rehabilitation department.

About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans that promote optimal outcomes. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and make informed decisions to improve patient satisfaction and quality of care.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in direct clinical patient care, using your expertise to assess, plan, and implement evidence-based care practices.
  • Serve as a role model and advocate for nursing excellence, promoting a culture of safety and quality within our department.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they have the tools needed to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active registered nurse license.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, with additional 1-2 years of experience in a related field preferred.
What We Offer
