Job Description:

Walmart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and service.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to ensure seamless patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of business initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations to continuously improve pharmacy operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • U.S. pharmacy related experience.
