Salary & Benefits

About the Role

As a Domestic Care Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

  • Candidate must have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service and create a positive experience for residents and their families.
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent required; 6 months of experience preferred, particularly in a nursing home/hospital setting.
