About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse at DAVITA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in an outpatient dialysis setting. You will work closely with a supportive team to deliver empathetic and comprehensive care, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to patients with chronic kidney disease, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and conducting routine check-ups.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans, promoting optimal health outcomes for patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress, ensuring seamless communication among team members.
- Conduct patient education sessions, empowering individuals and their families to manage chronic kidney disease effectively.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) degree.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (R.N) in the state where the clinic is located.
- Experience in nephrology or dialysis preferred but not required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
