Job Details

Conifer Park is seeking a skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our outpatient team in Troy, NY. Key responsibilities include answering telephones, screening calls, and responding to requests from patients and staff, as well as making and confirming appointments, schedules, and coordinating special meetings.

Working Schedules

Available positions include:

  • Part-Time: Mondays - Fridays 3:00pm - 7:00pm with rotating Saturdays
  • Full-Time: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM + Saturday

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a High School Diploma or GED with 1-3 years of clerical experience. Proficiency in typing and excellent communication and computer skills are required. Additionally, CPR certification is necessary within 6 months of hire.

Benefits and Salary

We offer competitive wages, benefits, and a pension plan in a supportive working environment. Salary ranges from $16.53 to $21.82 per hour.
