About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Valmont, Colorado. The successful candidate will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
- A full-time position with guaranteed work hours and payment for both direct and indirect services rendered.
- Liability insurance coverage and access to health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have a valid Texas State SLP License and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
