About the Job

As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems, including raceways, wiring, and equipment. You will work on a variety of projects, from commercial to residential, and will be expected to ensure all work is performed according to safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring and systems
  • Inspect and test electrical equipment and systems
  • Identify and communicate electrical hazards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum four (4) years experience in the electrical trade
  • Knowledge of electrical construction practices, including threading, pipefitting, bending conduit, and pulling/removing wire
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and crawl
  • Ability to frequently lift and move items over 50 pounds
  • Ability to see color to discern color-coded wiring
