Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at TMA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion within the metal stamping industry.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the metal stamping industry. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, and working closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and expansion within the metal stamping industry.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales plans to secure new contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
- Provide regular sales updates and insights to management, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, preferably within the metal stamping industry.
- Strong understanding of the metal stamping industry, including processes, technologies, and market trends.
- Proven track record in sales, with a history of achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
