Job Summary:

NFP, an Aon Company, is a leading provider of insurance and financial services. We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Consultant to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Support consultants in managing client accounts by researching, analyzing, and evaluating medical, dental, life, and disability benefits plans and programs.
  • Exercise independent thinking and complete projects with minimal guidance.
  • Work under intense deadlines and pressure, often with multiple tasks to prioritize.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Management
  • Assist the consulting team in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Review the work of lower-level analysts and manage portions of projects.
Project Management and Consulting
  • Develop and present benchmarking reports to clients.
  • Understand and demonstrate project management and consulting skills.
  • Manage the quality and timeliness of client deliverables.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS preferred.
  • 6+ years of industry experience required.
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Required to obtain and maintain appropriate licenses as required by state regulations and NFP policies.
