Operations Support Technician Job Description

At Eurofins USA BioPharma Services, we are seeking an Operations Support Technician to join our team in Columbia, MO. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $14 per hour, plus excellent benefits.

We're looking for someone with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an Operations Support Technician, you will be responsible for tracking receipt, storage, use, expiration, disposal, return, and/or archiving of test materials using software applications. You will also receive, create IDs, log-in, and store materials upon receipt, moving or transferring materials from one department to another, checking materials in and out as requested by study personnel, maintaining proper paperwork, returning, disposing of, or archiving materials at study finalization, notifying your supervisor of any issues with condition of the samples, labeling, or other problems, following SOPs to comply with cGMP regulations, maintaining accurate and legible required documentation, assisting in unloading trucks and storing materials appropriately, handling regulated materials, potential biohazard materials, and toxic chemicals according to company procedures, and performing other related duties as required and directed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
