Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical support role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong knowledge of O365, Office 20xx, Windows Desktop Operating Systems, and basic computer hardware
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• 12 months or more of experience in a SAP environment within the last 5 years
