About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized BPA Assistant Advisor to join our team at Kalispell School District #5. As a BPA Assistant Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our students and contributing to the success of our programs.

Responsibilities

  1. Carry out program plans set forth by the head advisor.
  2. Perform delegated duties as assigned.
  3. Maintain a positive environment that promotes self-esteem, high values, and life-long learning in participants.
  4. Monitor pre- and post-practices, games, and all trips.
  5. Ensure the safety of the practice and game field and facilities.
  6. Enforce rules and safety procedures of the program.
  7. Adhere to guidelines set in the Activities Handbook and District policies.
  8. Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent; AND,
  • Coach's certification in the Montana High School Association program on the first day of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • First Aid/AED/CPR Certified.
  • Member of the Montana Coaches Association.
  • Experience working with a successful high school level program.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000. The district offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
