Construction Security Inspector

The Construction Security Inspector plays a vital role in ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive facilities and programs. This position requires an individual with a strong background in security protocols, construction surveillance, and risk management.

• Conduct thorough assessments of construction sites to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement effective security measures to mitigate identified risks.
• Collaborate with government agencies and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.
• Manage uniformed escort personnel and associated logs, assigning tasks and ensuring timely reporting of security incidents.
• Enforce customers' Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and perform miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the contractor site lead and/or Senior Security Representative.

• 3+ years of related experience in security or construction surveillance.
• Experience working with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 on SCIFs and compliance with uniform IC physical and technical security requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years).
• Must obtain an Interim Secret clearance to start and be willing and able to obtain up to a TS/SCI with CI polygraph.

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,663 - $88,839, based on location and experience.
