Sleep Ambassador

As a Sleep Ambassador at Mattress Firm, you will be responsible for creating a life-changing in-store experience for our customers. You will provide technical product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert to drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to create an environment where they feel valued and supported.
• Provide product information and technical expertise to customers, serving as a trusted advisor to drive sales and meet customer needs.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs, meeting or exceeding targets while upholding company values and initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed about competitor activity, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
